AJSO CHEF SERVICES LTD is a company owned by Chef Ash Wilson which provides private dining, small scale event catering and cooking tutorials in the nationwide at unbeatable rates. The company was set up in August 2018. Straight away, Ash became a small success story, managing to provide relief cover for a large local pub group, as well taking on small functions for up to 50 guests and gaining even more clients in his first year set up on his own. Ash has 19 years experience in the industry starting out as a kitchen assistant then commis chef in 2004 working all the way up to head chef level and has gained experience and knowledge in some of the finest establishments this island has to offer like the stunning 2AA rosette Dalmunzie Castle in The Cairngorms, The Royal Hotel in Dunkeld, The Bonham Hotel and The Roxburgh Hotel on Charlotte Square in Edinburgh. Early in his career, Ash trained in some quality gastropubs in the South of England and as a result, has an extensive knowledge of many different cuisines from being in a variety of different establishments during his career. Finally, AJSO stands for the first intital of the names of his beloved family.
